OUR POLICY
How things work so everyone has a good experience.
Pilates rates are determined by the specific space selected at the time of booking.
A booking is only secured once payment has been made. This confirms your reserved date, time, and studio space.
All bookings are final. Payments are not refundable but may be converted to studio credit valid for 30 days. Unused credits after this period will expire.
We recommend arriving ahead of your session to prepare. Booked time begins exactly at the scheduled start time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 24 hours before the session time.
Preparation and setup are included within your booked session. Additional usage beyond your time slot will attract extra fees.
